My experiences of working with Johanne is two-fold. She has delivered communication skills training for adaptas as part of a larger team,  and she has also brought us through constellations for our business. We have many  projects on the go and for a small business it is sometimes difficult to know where to put our focus, when there are only so many hours in every day. I had the pleasure of working with Johanne on preparation for what was going to be my first audition in years since I had graduated from college. I was extremely nervous, rusty, and unsure of myself, with only one tired old monologue in my repertoire. The session was simple--just the two of us sitting opposite one another in the comfort of my own living room. She lead me through a relaxing warm-up, then we began running through the piece. Johanne's calm radiant presence really put me at ease and allowed me to relax into the process, pushing through the first few awkward run-throughs, and helping me come up with some practical, easy blocking that helped me feel more grounded on stage. Performing for her, even as an audience of one, made me feel like I was truly seen-- her focus, attention, and gentle, practical feedback helped me to re-discover my monologue in a new way and connect to the text on a much deeper level than I had before. As an actor herself, I could sense that she really knew what I needed to hear to help me get to the emotional level I needed to reach, and by the time we were finished I felt so much more confident! I went into my audition feeling relaxed and prepared. Needless to say, the audition went well and I was offered a role! I've done a lot of family constellations work over the past decade. Working with Roisin and Johanne this year has been a very safe and contained experience. Deep work achieved without being overly dramatic in its unfolding. I'm eager to work with them again in the future.
